Day 64: Pisco and Paracas, Peru

I awoke this morning with plans to go visit Paracas, a small touristy area south of Pisco.  The small town was nothing more than a tiny port with restaurants and souvenir stands, both with owners that were aggressively trying to corral you into their mostly empty shops.  Classic case of over building. I had had enough of it within 30 minutes and headed out to visit the national reserve.  I am glad I did, what an amazing location.  The Peruvian government has done a phenomenal job protecting the land. Most of the reserve is only reachable by 4-wheel drive or motorcycle, via marked trails.  I think it ranks up near the top as one of the most beautiful places on the planet, so instead of writing some ridiculous drivel like I usually do, I figure I will just post some pics.
