Day 65: Pisco, Peru to Huacachina, Peru to Nazca, Peru

Headed out this morning early, stopped in Paracas, one of my new favorite areas, to refuel myself and the bike, then headed on to Huacachina.  All in all. the town, a once elite resort area, has devolved into more of a tourist area for college kids who like to play in the sun.  To me, it looks like the standard oasis that appeared in Bugs Bunny cartoons when I was a kid.  After about 20 minutes, I headed out to Nazca, and back into the mountains.  The temperature quickly rose from the low 60s to 88F by lunch.  The mountain road was twisty, turny and fun.  As I came around one of the corners, a truck hauling oranges had flipped over and spilled its load.  Not sure if anyone got hurt, but I can surely say that this was the zestiest accident I have ever encountered.
