Took a wrong turn today, ended up on Mars.
Went for a walk this morning along the beach. Scouted for whales and sea lions. Found more sea lions, but no whales today. Before I knew it I ran into the next town down the beach, seven miles away. Turned myself around, and headed back. Little hungry by time I got back to the bungalow.
After breakfast, I jumped on the bike and headed down to Playa Lobitos, Neat little surf town about 60 miles down the coast. Wandered into town to find lunch, ran into some Peruvian surfer/motorcyclists, and hung with them at the bar for a couple of hours. Nice guys, one guy tried to trade his sister for my bike. I kindly declined.
